Hectic Kixs Shipping Policy

At Hectic Kixs, we’re committed to delivering your sneakers and streetwear quickly, safely, and reliably. Every order is handled with care so your kicks arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Options & Rates (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping – Arrives within 2–6 business days. Free for all orders across Australia.

  • Express Shipping – Arrives within 1–3 business days. Free for orders over $300, or $20 for orders under $300.

All orders come with tracking, so you’ll always know where your package is.

New Zealand Shipping

We also ship to New Zealand. Delivery times are typically 5–10 business days depending on your location. A flat fee of $30 AUD applies to all NZ orders.

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours (business days).

  • During high-demand periods (limited drops, holiday sales), dispatch may take an additional 1–2 days.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Packaging & Couriers

  • All items are securely packaged to protect them in transit.

  • We ship with trusted partners like Australia Post and DHL Express.

Notes & Exceptions

  • We currently do not ship outside of Australia and New Zealand.
