Hectic Kixs Return Policy

At Hectic Kixs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below:

  1. Returns Accepted Within 30 Days
    You may return your purchase within 30 days from the delivery date. Beyond this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  2. Product Condition
    To qualify for a return, products must be in brand-new condition, unworn, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.

  3. Non-Returnable Items
    Please note that final sale items, limited-release products, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  4. How to Initiate a Return
    To start a return, contact our customer service team at hectic_kixs@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed.

  5. Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
    Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  6. Refunds & Exchanges
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Exchanges will be subject to product availability.
